🧑‍🏫 Classes & Scheduling

We understand that schedules can change, especially for families.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a class up to 24 hours in advance using the online booking system. This allows us to offer your original time slot to another student.
  • Cancellations: Classes canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time cannot be refunded. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to reschedule instead of canceling completely.
  • Missed Classes: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or makeup time for missed classes without notice, as the time has been reserved just for you.

🖥 Technical Issues

If a class cannot be completed due to a technical problem on our side (e.g., Zoom not working, power outage), we will reschedule the class at no additional cost. If the issue is on the student’s side (internet outage, device malfunction), we encourage rescheduling as soon as possible — though refunds cannot be guaranteed.

💾 Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, they are non-refundable. However:

  • If you receive the wrong file, find missing pages, or encounter a download problem, please contact us right away — we will resend the correct file or provide a fresh download link.
  • If a technical issue makes a product unusable (corrupted file, broken link), we will replace or repair it at no additional cost.
