1. Classes & Scheduling

• Classes are booked via our online calendar and confirmed by email.
• Please join Zoom classes on time — late arrivals will not extend the lesson time.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule a class up to 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are non-refundable.

3. Digital Products

• Digital products are delivered instantly after payment via download link.
• Because of their nature, digital products are non-refundable.

4. Payments

• Payments are securely processed via PayPal or Stripe.
• All prices are listed in euro.
