Teacher Daya knows well how to get the attention of her students! Isla's lesson went by fast and my daughter was really engaged because teacher Daya prepared a very interactive lesson with games of her favorite cartoon. My daughter had fun while learning! Thank you so much for the effort in researching and preparing for today's lesson teacher Daya! We loved it!
Daya has been consistently patient and has always tailored each lesson to my individual style of learning. She has been able to keep me engaged with a variety of topics, which is testament to her ability as a teacher since I am prone to becoming easily distracted! Daya was such an enjoyable teacher. She has a special talent for making the technical parts of language, fun and memorable. You can tell that she really cares about teaching, and she has developed a very creative way to display all of her lessons using dynamic notes that she sends to you after the lesson. I am really looking forward to continuing to learn Italian with Daya!
Daya was very organized and ready to go. She quickly assessed my interest and spent a few moments to see what I already knew. She then started a basic lesson and shared some materials. I was impressed and decided to try a few more lessons!
Daya is wonderful. She's so encouraging and laid back. She also has a LOT of outside materials to help you study between lessons. I am also amazed at her ability to use the whiteboard technology to bring in excellent visuals to assist in learning. I HIGHLY recommend her.
It was such a good experience. Daya was SOOOOOO patient and kind and a lot of fun for my daughter. My daughter is very shy and not confident to speak Italian but Daya really worked hard to get my daughter to speak with her and do the exercises. Her materials and worksheets were bright and fun so enjoyable to do together.
Daya is amazing, even with my very shy and quiet daughter! My daughter was very happy after the class and is excited to have more lessons 🙂

Daya was very engaging and I really enjoyed her teaching style. The lesson was great for building confidence with speaking and the lesson notes have been very useful for reviewing the lesson. The materials supplied after the lesson are also great. This was my first private lesson and I will definitely be booking classes with Daya in future.
Teacher Daya is fun and funny. I hear my 13 yr old laughing a lot during this class. I hear her speaking italian in a comfortable way. Speaking unfamiliar words can often feel embarrassing. My daughter was reluctant to take a class other than Duolingo. But Teacher Daya has helped boost my girl's confidence! When I ask about the class, I get rave reviews from her, too! I'm just about to sign up for the third class 🙂
My daughter has been taking lessons with Ms. Daya for about 4 months now. She looks forward to them every week. She's always engaging and supportive. My daughter is a 2E kid (twice exceptional... she has an incredibly high IQ but also has a learning disability). Ms Daya always provides content to keep her interested and and advancing while at the same time stays cognizant and understanding of the obstacles she faces. She moves along and just the right pace to keep my daughter challenged but not overwhelmed. I also appreciate the open communication and progress updates she gives me as the parent. I can not believe how much my child has learned already and look forward to working together for a long time to come. Thank you so much!
